So, yesterday I was doing some research about historical events that happened on my birthday. I blogged them in my last post. In doing so, I learned about "blood libel".
It was a Sunday night, and like always I watched a movie. Instead of a movie, I instead chose a documentary called, Paradise Lost: The Child Murders at Robin Hood Hills. This was about the ritual murders in West Memphis. I didn't put two and two together until tonight while I was at work. I just learn about blood libel, and I watch a documentary about a ritual murder.
These kinds of synchronicity have been happening a lot to me lately. So I can't help but to think I'm supposed to see something.
The 3 accused killers were known to study Wicca religion. There were 3 victims. Looks like 33

1348 - Rudolph of Oron claims Jews confessed to poisoning wells
Certain Jews were interrogated, and tortured, and later confessed to poisoning the water wells in the Rhine Valley. They believed the poison would kill Christians, but not harm the Jews.
1492 - In La Guardia Spain, 6 Jews and 5 Conversos are accused of ritual murder
Known as "The Holy Child of La Guardia", an infant child was sacrificed in a blood libel. Some of the Jews who were burned at the stake: Benito Garcia, Yuce Franco, Moses Abenamias. Everywhere I looked gave different dates for this event, so I'm not for sure if it's correct.
1660 - First licensed Kosher butcher in New Amsterdam (New York)
Asser Levy was the first Jewish person to own a kosher butchery, serve in the local militia, and own land in North America.
1727 - NY General Assembly permits jews to omit phrase, "Upon the faith of a Christian" from abjuration oath
1939 - Nazi's begin mass murder of Warsaw Jews
1973 - Egypt and Israel exchange prisoners of war

Ken Caminiti and Christopher Reeve
I keep seeing Ken Caminiti popping up, so I decided to look into him. I can't remember where I first started seeing him, but with The Baseball Hall Of Fame inductions I kept seeing him because his teammate Trevor Hoffman got in. I was even watching a Youtube video about current baseball highlights, and the autoplay next came up and played a video about homerun hitters going into the 1996 season. He was featured in this video.

He died after doing a speedball, which also makes me think of baseball.
I don't remember hearing about him dying, and the reason is because the actor Christopher Reeve died on the same day. Ken's wikipedia page even makes a note about how his death was overshadowed by Reeve's. Also, they both died in New York City. So I decided to look into Christopher Reeve.
He was born in 1952, and died age 52.
