I have been following a theme involving the band "Blues Traveler" and the city of "Chicago". Back in March, I did a whole blog post about those themes, and how they were connected to "Roseanne" and even myself. Over the months, I've noticed how these themes kept coming back up. I'll go over that old blog post, and bring you back up to speed on the information, so you can see how it connects to tonights baseball game between the Rockies and Cubs.

My friend and I were going to go see Blues Traveler at Red Rocks in Colorado.

I was at work all night, and I didn't get to see any of the game, but when I was on break I texted my friend Dan because I was thinking about this game and how I thought it might follow the Blues Traveler/Chicago theme perfectly. I told him, if the Rockies win in the 13th inning it will be perfect. I didn't get off work until 2 a.m. so I didn't get to see the score until then. Of course it is what happened!
Think about the Blues Traveler song "The Mountains Win Again" doesn't that seem fitting for the Rockies?
Also think about this, the album that song was released on was called "Four". Tonights game went 4 extra innings.
The album "Four" came out in the year 94'
A baseball game is 9 innings, plus the four extra innings. 9 and 4, kind of like 94.
