I heard an Audioslave song on the radio the other day, and it made me think about Chris Cornell. Everyone knows the Soundgarden song "Black Hole Sun" but most people don't understand that it's about a Solar Eclipse. It made me think of how Chris Cornell died in 2017, and we had a major Solar Eclipse that year. I live about an hour from Omaha Nebraska, and there were people from all over the country traveling to the area to see the eclipse.
I decided to take a closer look at this.

Chris Cornell was born on July 20th, which is the 201 day of the year

If you look at the lyrics to the song "Black Hole Sun" he makes 2 references to "snakes" and I'll briefly quote those lines:
"Hides the face, lies the snake" and
"And sometimes far too long for snakes"
Whats interesting about this is that, from May 5th to June 5th it's considered to be the month of the snake.
Chris Cornell died on May 18th, during the Month of the Snake.
